Watch it! They use DHL. DHL delivered my order to an 'alternative' address, referencing a signatory I've never heard of, who then proved impossible to contact... then I couldn't contact them. I can't afford to give money away. But alas that's what I did with this order.

If you want poor quality you’re in the right place!
Purchased a rug from these guys for nearly £400 & within a matter of weeks it had lost the majority of the silver fibres.
Tried to contact them for a return & was declined saying if it had been a manufacturing fault it would’ve been evident at the time of purchase! ?
Customer service was shocking & not a very good experience all round.

A first class company!
This is a first class company. Prices are better than other retailers and my mats arrived the very next day and at no additional charge. They respond to queries immediately too. Highly recommended.

Poor quality rug very cheap looking when arrived not like the photo online was badly cut be aware you have to pay for the return which is expensive even when it's the company fault customer service is very bad I would not recommend this company
I wish I had read the reviews before…
I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this firm. I sent for a Sanderson duvet cover - costing £67+ - so that I could see the design in full before potentially ordering for two single beds including pillow cases.
When it arrived I spread it out and decided it wasn't the right colour. However because I had removed the packaging they will not take it back for 'reasons of hygiene 'although I contacted them within an hour of receiving it. How can it be OK for me to buy clothes online and and return them after trying on yet hygiene prevents my returning this bedding? There was no documentation warning about this. Apparently I should have seen the information on the website.

Misleading website and Poor after sales service
I ordered a rug that was described as 'in stock' and which was usually dispatched in 3 to 5 days. I paid for the rug. After a week I telephoned to find out when I would receive my rug and was told it was delayed by four weeks because it wasn't 'in stock' after all. This was both surprising and disappointing. After a further four weeks I chased it again to be told that it would be a further six to eight weeks. I cancelled the order and received a refund.
The original website was very misleading. Also, the after sales service was very poor because I had to continually initiate contact in order to find out where my purchase was.
Based on my experience I would not recommend this seller.
I have asked them to stop sending me marketing emails but despite this I am still receiving emails from them.

Such a relief to buy from a seller that does what it advertises without hassle or issues.
I have now placed three separate orders with this business and will no doubt be placing more.
Quality items at comparatively reasonable prices, prompt delivery and a straightforward, user friendly website.

Terrible experience with them
I bought a runner rug for our hallway. On arrival it seemed fine but within 24 hours of opening the packing a smell like 'milk that's gone off' started coming from it. It grew worse by the hour and we locked the rug in the spare room as we couldn't stand the smell. I tried to return but they said I must pay for the return (£46.00!) as they said "wool rugs smell"! None of my other wool rugs smell at all! It's a disgraceful way they won't take responsibility for sending a rug out that obviously has some sort of mould or damp issue in its fibers! Never will I use them again and I'm still in dispute over the returns costs with them! Shameful customer service

UPDATE* still waiting on my refund its the 11th May! Been told they received it on April 25th. Had to phone several times! apparently processing it today. Lets see shall we?

AVOID
Refused to acknowledge that a SCION towel should last more than 6 uses or 3 months before the stitching one end disappears. Don't waste your time or money with these jokers: read the other reviews - they refuse to attend to problems with the merchandise they sell.
My rug seller experience
I ordered a rug last week it arrived a few days later but was too small, so I returned it. I saw a rug on their website which I would have exchanged it for when my returned rug arrived back with them. I got an email today informing me rug the had been returned, but the item I wanted was not in stock with their supplier had no incoming date for it either. I asked for a refund which was promptly done. I can’t fault my experience with them & I have never used them before. I think a lot of online rug sellers don’t hold loads of stock & probably use the same supplier as well tbh. So bare that in mind when purchasing a rug online.
